Cogeneration

Industrial cogeneration plants allow the simultaneous generation of electrical and thermal energies, obtaining high efficiencies and reducing industrial costs.

Empresarios Agrupados designs, builds and operates cogeneration plants for a wide range of industrial applications:

  • Pulp and Paper
  • Ceramics and Tiles
  • Textile
  • Petrochemical
  • Other industrial sectors

Reliability and cost-effectiveness are the guiding parameters for every project.

Attention to detail is critical to designing a cost-effective cogeneration project. Energy needs must be assessed and the expectations of the industrial partner must be known. Furthermore plant constraints must be identified in order to optimize the industrial process and reduce energy costs.
